Hearing Instrument Specialist
Bob has been saving hearing lives for the past 20+ years in the beautiful Northwest. Bob is now living in “The Valley of The Sun” and is looking forward to helping those struggling with hearing loss and enhance there quality of life. Along with his wife Kim, they have raised two children and are now proud grandparents of Hannah and Kayla. With Bob’s vast experience, he treats each person and their unique hearing loss with the care and attention expected from a professional. Bob always says, “It’s not how much you know, it’s how much you care”. Plus you’ll have an enjoyable time, visiting with Bob’s staff! Continuing education keeps Bob up to date with the latest information and technology breakthroughs.

AshaLeigh Falkena
Patient Care Coordinator
AshaLeigh Falkena is a Patient Care Coordinator. AshaLeigh is originally from Rapid City, South Dakota and moved to Goodyear, Arizona in 2013. She attended school and started working in health care in 2006. AshaLeigh began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because she believes that every person deserves the right to hear the world around them.
What AshaLeigh loves most about saving hearing lives is helping to provide a positive and compassionate hearing journey. AshaLeigh strives to bring joy and light in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, AshaLeigh loves hobbies such as spending time with her family and watching her boys grow, hiking, camping, and watching live music.
